2. GENERAL QUESTIONS

Are you the direct manufacturer of these products?
Everything is made in Slovenia. Our own production.

May I use your product's pictures and descriptions on my website?
You can use our depository for over 300 images and 4 videos. We offer full support, also video rebranding for our customers. Contact us for access.

How do I place orders through you? Is it automated, or manual fulfillment?
Distributors/Resellers: Contact us with your request and we will send the pro forma invoice.
Dropshippers: You order with your discount code as a reference for us and input the shipping details of your customer. We fulfill the order after received payment. All popular payments accepted, also bank transfer.

Are there any other pricing guidelines or marketing restrictions I need to be aware of? (Selling out of country, selling on Amazon/eBay)
Selling on Amazon/Ebay is done by us for the MMORE Brand. Possible if for private label distributor brand.

3. SHIPPING

How much do you charge for shipping anywhere?
Shipping is 3,8 € with Deutsche post to anywhere in the world flat rate.

What methods do you offer in terms of tracking numbers for shipping?
Currently you are able to track your orders through your order history (the track button next to your order) or on https://www.deutschepost.de/sendung/simpleQuery.html?locale=en_GB

What are the lead times for dispatching the orders?
Processing is 1-2 working days (we make each case). 1-2 weeks for larger distributor orders.

Where do you ship from?
We ship from Germany where we send each piece to our warehouse there to ship with Deutsche post. We ship there 3 times a week.

What are your delivery times?
All our shipments with Deutsche post are trackable.
Estimated shipping times:
North America: 10-14 business days
Europe: 4-6 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 10-14 business days.
DHL expedited for 14,80 € with 2-3 day delivery. (used by customers)

We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

What about customs and import taxes?
We send each customs shipment as "Gift" and with declared value of 11,90€.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

How do you handle payments?
Distributors/Resellers pay through our account with Paypal (preferred), Payoneer (US bank) or direct bank (Europe).

Dropshippers order and pay through Shopify (all of the above available as well) with their discount code and only use the shipping address for us to ship to the customer in your name.

5. RETURNS POLICY

How do you handle returns?
Distributors/Resellers: we handle each claim separately.

Dropshippers: the customer sends back the case on their cost, we review the case and give you a full or partial refund.

6. CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUESTS

Will you provide my customers with a flyer in the sent packaging from my website, when I send you some?
We can do that and show support to our resellers. You can send them to us or we print them on your behalf. Costs are billed to you.

Do you offer private labeling?
Yes, we do. For a simple engraved brand in the wood on the case, it is +1 €. Only for distributor price (min. order 80 pcs), so that is 9,8 € +1 € per case.
